- We are hiring an Associate position in Ho Chi Minh office with whom could provide legal advice to clients directly under supervision
- Draft/review documents, memo, contract, and other related tasks
- Assist to interact and manage communications with clients
- Represent clients in legal works when assigned
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Graduate law school and have lawyer certificate (or in the process of obtaining lawyer certificate)
- English with speaking, writing, listening skills.
- Teamwork oriented, honest, hardworking, communications skill, analytical skill
- Dedicated to legal career
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in law firms and familiar with Investment, Corporate, Contract, Labour matters
